Phone completely off and yet it taks about 3 hours to fully charge?

I dont know, but it does take along time to fully charge. it does seem to be getting faster though..

yeah, my phone takes forever to charge as well.

My phone doesn't charge to 100%. I take it off charger when complete and it is 97%. I plug it back in and it still will not charge to 100%. Needless to say with very moderate usage, my battery is not so good.
