Is it okay if I charge my new Note 10.1 fully before using it?

I just checked out some forums and most people are saying to just use it until it's below 20% and then charge it fully. I already plugged it into the wall and it's been charging for half an hour so I'm not sure if I should take it out and use it or just let it fully charge like the manual says.

What do I do? I don't want to ruin the battery D:

Btw, how long would be a full charge? Someone wrote 16hrs but that seems kind of crazy to me if it's already halfway charged.

You're not going to ruin the battery. You can continue to charge it or unplug and enjoy it. I would go ahead and unplug it and enjoy it.
