My carrier is Tmobile. I'd like to block a few numbers that keep calling me (Sirus XM, insurance sales,...).
Thanks,

Directly through the Nexus 6 not that I'm aware of. There are a few apps you can download that will block them for you such as Call Control - Call Blocker. I had the same issue and I used this service to block calls.

Maybe the following article is worth lookin' thro':-
How to block a phone number on your Android phone | Greenbot

This Greenbot author needed to do a bit o' research before suggesting that all android phones have an Auto Reject option. I think that is a Samsung/Touchwiz option. HTC also has a block caller option built into Sense. But no such menu option shows up on my Nexus 6.

Not in stock android. My s6's have it. There may be a app that does it but stock android evolves slowly...

I use the "All calls to voicemail" option that is built into the default Nexus 6 Contact app. I created one contact called Rejected and selected "All calls to voicemail". Next I simply add numbers to that contact. I think I have 15 numbers added to that contact. Whenever someone calls from one of the added numbers, they are sent straight to voicemail without ringing my phone.
