Firstly hi im new :)

The wifi router at work is out of range from my office... i have an s7 edge, if i get another android phone say an s6, could i conect one too the router then the other one too that and finaly connect a laptop in my office to the last phone? Basicly using the last phone as a repeater.

If its possible do i need a special app?

Thanks too anyone that

I think it depends on the Android OS version, but I know Samsung's phones that have Oreo CAN share their WiFi connection even if connected to another WiFi. Not sure how well that works since I've never used it, but the option is there under the Advanced WiFi settings.

Not all of them. You have to find one that actually supports that.

I'm pretty sure too that buying wifi repeaters are cheaper than buying a second hand phone just for this purpose, and would work better too.

I guess I forgot about this little tidbit of wisdom... I agree with the above; an actual repeater will be cheaper than another phone.
