Is it possible to decrease sharpening by camera?

My LG G6 produces images that look like "Unsharp Mask" has been applied too heavily on them. I cannot find a way to change anything about the camera function. Is there a way to reduce the amount of sharpening?

Evidently not in that app (look for "blur", which is the opposite of "sharpen"), but there are a few photo apps that have a blur function, like Paint.net, Photoshop, Gimp, etc.
