Is it possible to download a US Stock Rom on an International Galaxy Note 8 SM-N950F/DS?

My model number Note 8 is SM-N950F/DS, based out of UAE. I live in the US. After recently switching to my new phone I've lost several key features that were stock with my Note 5. I am now unable to use Samsung Pay, Wifi calling, and receive notifications for Arabic holidays. Is it possible to download another international stock rom that would enable Samsung Pay, Wifi calling, etc.? Or could I install a US carrier stock rom?

Most likely no. If your international model has the Exynos processor, US roms are built around the Snapdragon processor. I doubt the software will be compatible.
