Is it possible to flash a Telus rom on the ATT G2?

I purchased an unlocked G2. I am interested in whether or not it would be possible to flash the Telus stock rom on this phone. I will be using it with Telus in Canada and dislike the ATT firmware.

While I believe it is possible. You would need root etc. and if you went that route why not just install a custom Rom.

Thanks! I prefer the look of the stock rom honestly and Telus's rom is pretty much unbranded. I'm also going to check out the custom roms as well.
