If you are referring to the original Note 10.1, then it may not see an official release past 4.1.2 (yet). However, you may be able to root and install a custom ROM that goes beyond that. Keep in mind that it will no longer be official, stock software so there may be issues with various features.

Is there anything in particular you are seeking from the device other than having it updated?
