I still say earlier than this. NOT at CES though, most of the companies are doing their own event now like Apple. Feb/March announcement with a April/May release.

I'm not sure that Samsung has any reasons to show S4 on CES. Why introduce S4 to the public in the same time with bunch of others devices. Seams logical to make separate event.

I heard that the GS4 was only being previewed to industry insiders in a private meeting, namely carriers like AT&T.

The teaser video samsung is playing I think will be for the flexible screen and the projectionable key board. Features which we might see in the upcoming s4.

Lol January. I think late spring / mid summer seems logical. About the S-pen.. I'd say build those features into the S4 incase someone wants to use it for the phone, but its not set up/on by default and dosent include one, or atleast a slot in the phone unless they can keep the phone s3 size, nice and thin.

indeed, i heard the rumor that they will present it at a large tech meeting in spain at the end of this month, so after the intro i still expect it to take a couple of months before it will hit most stores

The latest "rumors" have indicated an April release and that is probably a little early. It would mean that a US release would be in May.
