Is my Android Phone or programme expiring?

Can I have the code that tells if my Android programme or my phone is expiring or has expired.

My phone is a Tecno Camon9 Plus: 32G ROM & 3G RAM. It's almost 3 years old with me.

I have started having problems connecting hot-spot and Bluetooth.

What do you I do?

Inevitably everything decay's, it might be time to upgrade.

Have you already tried a factory reset?
