Is my call blocked ?

[AC Question]

I am trying to contact an android number in my phone, they have a Samsung galaxy note 4, and all of a sudden there's no reply with the messages, and when I go to call, it rings all the way through and goes to voicemail. I have gotten no response. Are these characteristics of a blocked number, or am I just being ignored? Please help!

Sounds like it's being blocked to me. It is my understanding that both calls and texts are blocked when adding a number to the auto reject list.
