Is my number blocked?

I call it rings once then beeps don't go to voicemail at all what's it mean

It could mean anything, including being blocked. (The block is based on the callerID. The callerID is sent between the first and second rings.) It should either go to VM or keep ringing, though. A really good call blocking app will pick up and hang up very quickly, so you don't hear anything.
