Is my phone faulty?

[AC Question]

My S7 Edge entered FRP mode without factory resetting it. I just woke up yesterday unable to use my phone. I forgot my password so I downgraded to Android 6.0.1 to bypass the phone. It was successful but earlier today my phone got stuck in the Samsung S7 Edge Logo. I tried clearing cache and factory reset in the recovery mode but it's not working. Now I'm stuck. Anyone help me?

Welcome to the forums. It may be a storage hardware problem. I would suggest contacting Samsung to see if there is anything they can do.
