Is my phone fully bricked?

I rooted my phone then a red triangle with a warning sign appears during recovery mode and enter button to select won't work. A week after, I flashed my phone and it won't boot. I know what is the cause of this but can someone help me how to turn it back to normal? Is my phone fully bricked already?

If it cannot turn on, I'm afraid yes.
There is no way ( not any that i know of) to revert from a bricked phone to a normal state.

What phone do you have? Can you boot into recovery? Can you boot into fastboot mode?

JTAGs tend to work well. Those aren't cheap though, and you need to be confident enough to solder connectors temporarily onto your phone.

If you can boot into stock recovery, then the phone is not fullly bricked.

Boot into download (or bootloader) mode and flash a stock ROM.

@itsVesper, I'd never recommend that someone buy a good JTAG box and try it himself. Most people blow the first few phones (or other devices, like routers) they JTAG. JTAG services aren't very expensive compared to the price of one box and adapter.
