Is my phone permanently bricked?

[AC Question]

I was in twrp going from cm14.1 to lineage 14.1 when my touchscreen locked up. I had just wiped everything so now I cant get past the bootloader screen through a normal boot or trying to get to recovery. I was unable to get to recovery without rebooting using the twrp app before. Am I completely screwed? I cant communicate with the phone using adb.

Sorry I am unable to edit it since I asked without an account. I have a zenfone 2 Z00A version. The bootloader was updated to marshmallow which relocked it but recovery could still be accessed since I had installed it prior.

If you plug your phone in you computer you should be able to use adb to set your backup search some tutorials on YouTube
