Is Nenamark1 flawed?

Try this:
Download Nenamark1 from the Market and run it. Is it just me or is the first part of the test really laggy? Sometimes it even freezes on me. Is anyone else having this problem?

Its a WAY more intensive 3D graphics test than Neocore. Getting 44.0 is much better than anything else now. It was designed to show real number differences as the GPU in phones get much much better.

I had a 49.2 out one point, but can't achieve it anymore.
