Is OK Google supposed to work with the screen off?

It did on the Note 4 (when it felt like working) but it doesn't seem like it does on this device

Hmmm....wonder why they changed that? Maybe because Android pay will require the phone to be locked and if the phone is locked OK Google wouldnt have worked anyway?

I think it's more to save battery, probably doesn't have the special extra processor like the moto x to save power.
