I think it is a RIP OFF. I signed up to root a Sprint Note5 Samsung and they charged me 100.00 for 6 months support ( they didn't say it was just for one phne) I tried to get them to root a Verizon noe 5 and they refused, said even though it isn't in writting the service is only for one phone...THAT IS A RIP OFF
 
For any phone running Lollypop or later, on which you can unlock the bootloader, no "one-click" rooting is necessary - Magisk works just fine, it's supported and it's free.
