Is sam shipping ups or fedex this time?

I noticed on the z trifold it was fedex. Seems they switched back to FedEx. I have ups mychoice and FedEx manager. I selected sig required.

If i called samsung can they change the restrictions you think? In the past with ups and FedEx they restrict it and wont let you hold it at a ups or FedEx place. FedEx especially always take my packages to the condo across the lake because their number is the same as mine.

Samsung will make making any changes as complicated as possible. They will probably tell you to cancel and reorder

I've never had any luck when I asked them to change the restrictions. They always made it seem like I asked for the restriction. Uh, NOT!

If its fedex they also deliver on weekends. I'll probably have to let them do two attempts and end up picking it up in person.

Microsoft is just as bad - I ordered a new SurfacePro, early last spring and, because my wife and I were taking our 5th wheel camper up to our summer camp site for the season, at the time it would arrive, I had it shipped to the campground office! Well, my wife, who wasn't feeling well at the time, decides, she doesn't want to leave quite yet! I immediately call Microsoft to change the destination - it has left maunufacturing and gone to shipping (in the same complex, mind you), so the address can not be changed? It remained there for 4 more days before it shipped, but still could NOT be changed!!! I then tried to get UPS to change it - Microsoft will not allow us to make any changes!!! I tried to get UPS to oick it up and send it back to me from the campground - sorry, you are not the original shipper! I had to drive 3 hours up to the CG, pick it up and 3 hours home again!!!

Dumb. You're still signing for it at the ups store. No different than a driver having you sign.

If you rent a mailbox at the ups store can you have it shipped there and they sign for it?

Well, it looks like they are shipping us our phones in the U.S. via UPS. I just checked my UPS app and it shows a shipping label has been created as of this afternoon. It has to be my S26 Ultra and Buds4 Pros, because my 60 watt charger and 25 watt wireless charger (which I both ordered separately) have already shipped.

I also received notice from UPS that label has been created. I selected signature required on Shop Samsung when I pre-ordered my S26U in voilet as soon as the unpacked event ended.

Good news. Printed up my return shipping label this morning, it's a UPS label. Seems to be a shift from Samsung using FedEx previously for returning trade-in devices.

I just looked at my return label and it's UPS. Hopefully UPS doesn't screw it up and they keep using them.

FWIW, I've always found UPS to be significantly more reliable than FedEx.

Good news it's likely this Thur we will probably get our phones. If it's Fri I will have to wait until monday when they make the second attempt. No way I would let them deliver it with no sig and the wrong condo gets it like Fedex is doing with me. Maybe Wed if they ship out Monday.

What I do like about Fedex is that they deliver 7 days a week unlike UPS. Fedex overall has always been faster for me and I like the weekend. Both UPS and Fedex F up stuff though equally. If I leave a note for the driver to hold it at the UPS hub just down the street if I'm not home will they do that or make me wait for a 2nd delivery attempt?

It's dumb Samsung won't let you with UPS mychoice or Fedex manager let you hold it at the store. I do that with all my packages. UPS store knows me well by name.

Which means it could ship out tomorrow night, or next Monday night. Just means label was created. However, they created the labels quick the last couple pre orders. Maybe we get them wed, or likely ship out next Friday and we get them Monday or Tue.
