Is Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10" SM-T515 compatible with AT&T?

I bought 4 Samsung Galaxy Tab A SN-T515 for work under the impression that it will work for any GSM network but I have not been able to make it work for AT&T.
I read some reviews saying that for some reason it is not compatible with AT&T but I want to make sure before I return it.
Can someone confirm if the tablet is compatible maybe doing some fine-tuning in the settings?

do you have an at&t SIM card? And is it added to your at&t plan?

That's the international version that uses 2G for connectivity. AT&T no longer uses 2G (I don't think any US carrier does any more), so it probably won't.

you sure, amazon shows it being 4g though I am assuming sn is a typo since I cannot find it in a search.
