Is Samsung selling an unlocked version like HTC and Apple?

I was really hoping that Samsung was going to release an unlocked and non-carrier branded Samsung Galaxy S7 like HTC and Apple. HTC launched a version like this, the HTC One A9. The unlocked HTC even supports AT&T VoLTE. I am currently using the Nexus 6P on AT&T and really would like to get features such as VoLTE and simultaneous data and voice on LTE but cannot since AT&T don't offer these features on non-AT&T phones (except IPhone and HTC One A9). Has anyone heard anything of the sorts from Samsung on having an offer like this?

Sorta. It comes unlocked, however once you insert a sim card it will lock to that carrier and you cannot change it after that.

Samsung have always sold unlocked and unbranded phones in virtually every country in the world... except North America, that only has carrier branded models.

See, Galaxy S7 edge / S7
