Is screencasting no longer standard?

Everything I've read said it was, but I can't find it in my settings on my lg stylo 2 plus. (Metro pcs)

I'm pretty sure you would have to get an app to do some screencasting. I had the original stylo a while ago, and I know for a fact they didn't have anything like that built in. In fact, I'm not sure I've ever seen a phone with something to screencast right out of the box. But the apps are plentiful and the process is easy, so you should be fine
