Is Smasung Pay good enough reason to buy Samsung?

A lot of places dont have pay wave (card swipe) which I presume is NFC POS terminal?

Any terminal that does have NFC POS Terminal Samsung Pay should work? And you just do like you do with your card/credit card?

I was going to buy a Redmi Note 7, then I noticed the A30, its much more underpowered but it has Samsung Pay, same price. Also has AMOLED and I watch a lot of netflix. Is the Samsung Pay worth targeting a Samsung phone soley?

Samsung Pay's advantage is that it works with NFC or any terminal that has Mag Stripe Reader AKA MST. The only Mag Stripe Readers that it has trouble with are at Gas pumps but there is a work around for that
