Is T-Mobile better than Metro PCS?

If so, how?


MetroPCS runs on the T-Mobile network, but charges about 30% less than T-Mobile.

I think it's better customer service and maybe slightly better call reception? I have a friend with t-mobile and a gs4 and I'm using a t-mobile gs4 on MetroPCS and signal strength and 4G lte speeds are the same.
