Is T-Mobile the cheapest for unlimited data for a single person?

I'm about to drop my family plan since it doesn't have unlimited DATA and wondering if I should still stick to T-Mobile?

Its 50 dollars a month for Unlimited Text, Data, and Calls. I really only need the DATA.

The $50 plan will throttle your data to 2G (EDGE) speeds after 500MB of usage. $60 throttles after 2.5GB, and $70 has no throttle limit for on-device data (this plan includes 2.5GB of usage for tethering).

Have you also looked into the prepaid carrier options? There are a few good ones out there that might peak your interest.
