Is that ok to turn off animation in the developer options?

I read from some review said turn off animation make the phone run little faster...and we don't need to turn animation on...so ..anyone know? Thanks.

Yes it's ok and it does make it move quicker since it bypasses all of the "fancy" visuals. It's one of the first things I do when setting up a new Android.
 
Yeah it makes it just a tad faster. But I like animations because it makes it look pretty. Lol.

One of the things I wish sense 5 kept is all the fancy animations of Jelly Bean. When I pick up my nexus it's so great to use because it feels as if the phone is reacting to my touches. Yea, this is probably all mental but I like it a lot.

I read this too but haven't disabled it yet namely because I was not too sure what I'd be losing with animation disabled so can someone less ignorant than myself tell me exactly what disabling animation will do? Is it anything I will notice when doing basic web browsing on my phone?
 
No.. they're just transition effects and such. You can notice them when opening the drawer, closing it, swiping between home screen pages, adding applications, removing applications, etc.
