Android feature phone to run TextSecure

Hi !

Is there, somewhere available on the internet, an android based feature phone that exists ? My primary goal is to use TextSecure.
I want no camera, no wifi, no quadcore CPU. Just a regular dumb phone, but with TextSecure support.

Does it exist ?

Welcome to Android Central! A phone with Android on it is by definition a smartphone, not a featurephone.
