It is very loud don't know if there is a dac amp but it's louder than My other Phones and better richer sound

This is great news. My og Moto X had a great headphone jack, when I upgraded to the 6p I noticed the quality was significantly worse. I was a tad worried since Lenovo bought up Moto but this makes me more confident in getting rid of my 6p for this thing. Sucks I lose the awesome camera but that's about all I'm losing.
