Is the folder 'nonpoisonous' on priv-app folder safe?

Hello. My (non popular chinese brand) phone was affected by malware/adware and was basically unusable for the frequent pop-ups (same thing that's mentioned on this thread-https://forums.androidcentral.com/android-5-0-lollipop/871276-my-phone-installing-apps-automatically.html).

Today I tried to solve the issue by flashing twrp recovery, then rooting via magisk and uninstalling the bloatwares (which were system app) and digging through the root directory to find anything suspicious. I found this folder named 'nonpoisonous' on /system/priv-app. Should i delete it or not?
