Is the Google Glass project finish ?

Hi,

A lot of blog in internet said than Google put the Glass in stores in 2016. It was 2/3 years before.

And now, what happen ? The Google Glass project still in beta ? Why ?

Google are kind-of expanding the project outwards. The latest news is that they are focusing on business customers and other wearables underneath the "glass" banner.

All in all, I think the impression with Google is that Google Glass was a flop, without wide public acceptance over the potential and with public fears over the privacy concerns.

I thought I saw a patent where Google was making a new version of Galss, where are they, any update?
