Is the LG V10 a type c device

I'm not sure what type c device is or is Type C Just a type of charging? But my question is is the LG a type c device or type c charging device or whatever

There's a USB-C is a connector that's sort of USB (it carries USB data signals) but can be inserted either way. The published spec says the 10 is a USB, not USB-C, device.
