Is the Note 2 S-pen like the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets?

I was able to get my hands on a Galaxy Tab 10.1 over the weekend and it almost made me want to get one but the reason why Im wanting to get the Note 2 is so i dont have to buy a tablet. The S pen on the 10.1 is pretty cool and it is thicker and feels better in my hands than the original note's s-pen. Question is the note 2 s-pen the same one or similar to the tab 10.1 s-pen?

It appears from what i have seen of it, it will more than likely be similar to the note 1 s pen. A wider pen would take up more valuable space inside a phone body, instead of a more spacious tablet body.

I would rather a unified design across the two platforms, too. If it does happen, that would be great. Although, the latest leaked photos of the note 2 on Verizon show what looks like a round s pen on the backside of the device.

The s-pen is longer and wider than the original s-pen on the Note 1. It also has a resigned tip to give it a bit more of a realistic feel while in use.
