For what it's worth, I was told the 17th too by a Best Buy dude in the Samsung section. I specifically said, Verizon? And he said yes.

I'm still undecided between the Note 4, Z3v and the Turbo. So I don't mind the extra time to decide.

I just called best buy and was told my pre order could be picked up tomorrow (Verizon) I told them I didn't get the pickup email and they said no problem

I pre-ordered the white directly from Verizon's website on 9/22, and it says ships by 10/23....so I'm not looking for any shipping updates until the 20th or 21st atleast...unless a miracle happens, we will see!

I remember the Note 3 threads like this. Verizon is too arrogant to push the date forward. You'll most likely get it on the 23rd. What's also kind of funny is how anti-climactic the release is when someone's had the device a week before you get yours.

And just an FYI, I remember my Verizon store not having as many accessories for the Note 4 on the day of its release. I wound up having to go to AT&T, T-mobile, and Best Buy just to find cases for the phone.

What about best buy pre-orders? I pre-ordered from BB and they told me the 17th. Even for Verizon customers.
