Is the Note 5 that much better than the LG e980?

I am currently using an LG e980 and am very pleased with it. I am thinking of getting a new phone and looking at the Note 5. Is it worth spending the money, I have never used a stylus and isn't a real consideration.

The LG e980 is a great phone...
If it fits your needs and it does everything you need I would just stick with it and save the money.

I have a note 2, Sure... Doesn't have the latest lcd / resolution... Blah blah blah... But I don't buy into the hype.

My Note 2 does everything I need it to do flawlessly.... When the phone breaks I will consider an upgrade... And it doesn't have to be the latest and greatest either.
