Is the OnePlus 5 Carrier Unlocked?

Is this phone unlocked? Any carrier of my choice? I'm with US Cellular.

I don't think it works on Verizon, so any carrier except them or any MVNO that uses their network (like XFinity Mobile).

No, it is not. In the US the OP5 will only work with AT&T, T-Mobile and their MVNOs. The OP5 also doesn't support US Cellular's CDMA bands.
