Now, does anyone know if these phones do that stupid thing where they use LTE to boost speeds while on WiFi? When I'm on WiFi, I want to ONLY be using WiFi.

Mine doesn't seem to do that. I've never seen my data used count go up while on wifi.

Nope. So far it only uses my WiFi when on WiFi.

Not by default but there is a setting--Cellular Data Always Active--in developer options.
