Is the s8+ way bigger than s7 edge?

I have s7 edge and I like the size but is he s8 way bigger like the size of iPhone 7+? Cuz I dont like the size of iphone7+.

IPhone 7+ is 5.5" and the S8+ is 6.2" so yes there will be a size difference the S8+ will be bigger. But the S8+ is longer and imo cleverer with its use of the large screen. I'd strongly suggest finding a display in a shop to see how they use screen size compared to iPhone.

It is. I compared my S7 edge to the case I got in the mail the other day. It seems similar in size to what my Note 7 was which is primo for me! So glad I got the Plus model. I would have hated the standard model and typing on it.

I have the S7 Edge and to me, it is only slightly bigger in size. But the screen size is so much bigger on the S8+ compared to the S7E. I don't see it being a big difference in size. At least not enough to be a big deal. I love the size of the S8+. Mostly because you get so much more screen for the size of the device.

Exactly. It's like comparing two homes with almost identical square footage, but one of them utilized open areas and taller ceilings to make it feel more spacious and other little design tricks to maximize square footage, while the other is a 70's rambler with short ceilings and closed off walls everywhere

Does anyone know the dimensions of the actual display size? as in ? by ?. This can be misleading. Just because something is longer does not mean it covers more ground. I know the 7 edge and the 8 plus are almost the same width. So i assume the 8 covers more area. But with the larger phones as in IPhone 7 Plus LG etc.. If the are wider they may have a bigger footprint for display. I tried to research the dimensions but couldn't locate them. Here is an example of what I am talking about. If you have a space that is 2inches by 6 inches the area is 12, but if you have a wider and shorter phone that is 3 inches by 5 inches the area is bigger with 15. Since i have not found the dimensions, I am not able to calculate this.

If the advertise it as 6.2 that is going to be bigger then say 5.7 no matter how you look at it.
