Is the UAG Monarch supposed to be like this?

So i just noticed that my UAG Monarch has a weird lifting near the camera cutout. Just wanna know if its designed to be like that or mine is falling apart xD

I never had a UAG case but is that part glued on? Almost looks like it isn't glued down.

Personally, The UAG Monarch isn't worth the money. 60 bucks for a piece of plastic. I think the Otterbox Defender is overpriced but it's still better than the UAG I think.

I sell mobile accessories. I mostly sell the generic cases, but a couple vendors I use carry brand names like Nimbus, Spigen, Speck, Incipio. Best Buy for example probably paid $13 for that Monarch and sells it for $60.

Just looked at my black one and it's not raised like that. It's not 100% flush but definitely not that raised.

i would return it tell them to replace it , cause mines doesn't either have that lifted.

Well, i just tore the case apart and threw it away... UAG really disappointed me this time. The customer service is bad too.

I am currently using UB Pro... So far so good.

Erm... There is no UAG Distributor in Indonesia... Mostly just un authorized resellers...

UAG say real leather but I think it's fake leather.

I would personally for this price range just go with the Defender or even an Aramidillotek case for $20. Both are built far better IMO. Unicorn Beetle Pro isn't a bad choice as well, however the plastic on it seems cheap and I see people complaining about it wearing out but for $18 I mean.

Sam's and Walmart sell the Defenders cheaper than the other Big Box stores as well.

Plastic as in the screen protector? The Note10+ version is "screenless".
