Just Google specification for note 2. You will need to know the model number for your country though.

You've confused me. You say that it's HSPA+, which is T-Mobile's 4G standard, but also say that it's only 3G.

Sorry, in my mind anything that is not 4G LTE is 3G but you are right, HSPA+ is considered 4G, just not 4G LTE.

After i was shopping around online what i've found is that there are 2 versions of the unlocked Note II: the N7000 & N7005. I ended up just buying the ATT version of the phone because i hear it can be easily unlocked anyways.

N7000 Unlocked for 3G networks
&
N7005 Unlocked for most 4G LTE networks

I'm honestly not sure about that. I think it may support it on some, but not all networks.
