Is the Verizon Note 5 Unlocked?

As the title says, is the Verizon version of the Note 5 SIM unlocked, or are you tied to Verizon? I'd been under the impression that Verizon had begun unlocking all of their phones, but I can't seem to find any information about it anywhere. A friend of mine reported that he tried to stick his T-Mobile SIM into a Verizon Note 5 and it didn't work.

Anyone know what the story is?

It is factory sim unlocked. You would need to edit the apn and network mode to get it to work on another carrier.

It works. I'm on T-Mobile. Had issues for a day but everything seems to work now
