I have the S4 and if I want can use it with AT&T, T mobile etc or any other carrier. Is the S6 like this? When we travel I like using other Sim cards.

All international unlocked phones are like that. Individual carrier phones aren't. IOW, a Verizon S4 wouldn't do that. An unlocked international S6 will.

Most, if not all, Verizon phones are unlocked now, at least for international travel. I can't see why that would be different for the S6.

Dont use you verizon phone in global you will not be able to talk and use any data at the same time ........

All VZW phones using their LTE 700 Mhz band are required to be unlocked by the F.C.C. Makes no difference if its a S6 or iP6+(which I have and now on T-Mobile) used in the U.S. or overseas.
