Is there 5G service by Verizon in San Francisco for the Ultra 22 phone?

Having 5G faster internet speed on my smartphone would entice me to upgrade from my Note 10+. I use Verizon for my cellular service. Does anyone know if there is 5G service in the downtown area of San Francisco, California? Otherwise, the other features of the Ultra 22 phone don't seem enough of an upgrade for me, especially not having a micro-SD card any longer.

If you look at the coverage map it looks like they do for much of San Francisco.
