Is there a big tablet (12+ inches)?

I'm looking to purchase a new Android tablet, and the biggest one I could find was a Samsung Note tablet which was around 12 inches. ALL other tablets were 10 inches or less. Does anyone know of a bigger tablet, say, around 15 to 20 inches? Phone screen sizes have consistently been getting bigger over the past five years while tablets are still the same

15-20 inches is a laptop, not a tablet. The Surface Pro 4 (if you consider the Surface to be a tablet) is rumored to be coming in a 14 inch version around Q4 2015 or Q1 2016.

In term of size , a tablet seems to not adopt 15-20 inch screen .

As noted by Rukbat, you're in laptop territory there. The idea of a tablet is portability and comfortable use while holding it in your hand. Get much over 10-12" and you venture out of those concepts. I have a 10" tablet and sometimes even THAT can be a little uncomfortable for long periods of use but I MUCH prefer it over the smaller ones for reading while at the gym.

I have the Samsung 12.2 inch tablet and absolutely love it. I can do real work on this tablet.

If you want a big sized tablet then you should buy a laptop. I think samsung galaxy tab is good, but it has a 10.5 inch screen.

I already have a laptop. I was hoping for a 15-20 inch tablet that runs Android OS. The surface is good but it's basically a laptop with a touch screen running Windows 8
