Android Central Question

I do not own Bluetooth headphones and since the Google Pixel 2 XL does not have a 3.5mm headphone port, I use the official Google USB C to 3.5mm plug. However I would like to charge my phone at the same time. I looked around on Amazon an found a USB C splitter so I can use headphones and charge my phone, the only problem is that it is not compatable with my phone.

So does anyone know of a USB C splitter that works the the Google Pixel 2 XL?

For $21 you can get decent Anker earbuds (SoundBuds Surge). How much would you be paying for a splitter? If in-ear buds aren't your thing, I have some Bluedio "cans" that can actually go either way (bluetooth or wired) that go on sale from time to time for $25 or so. Both headsets/headphones have decent sound quality, to my non-audiophile ears.
