I am trying to transfer a video file that I created but it is large, about 6gigs. I've tried usb cable and via Droid Transfer. It does not seem to work. Is it a Pixel, Fold or Android limitation?

And way to do this?

What type of drive are you using? What type of USB port?
Huh! :p

Maybe it is still jetlag (can I use that excuse for the next year?)

Windows 10 to my Fold. An ordinary USB port, I'd guess.

But be that as it may, I found a solution using AirDroid. It apparently bypasses some inherent Android limitation or is it the internal sd "card"? What is interesting is that I noticed that I have 3 or 4 other files about that size already on the Fold. They probably migrated from prior devices.

When I asked about USB ports I meant this: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/usb-3-2-explained

I'm glad you got it sorted though.
