is there a inexpensive (-$180) cell phone (w/1.5g ram & v.4.4+) that can be used with gear s2?

I received a gear s2 for xmas but only have a retro cell (makes phone calls)
Don't want to spend big bucks ((s.s. senior). Returning it would be a negative
move socially to my son-in-law...

I don't know the answer to this, but if it happens to work with a tablet, you could get a Samsung Tab 4 - 7" and keep your old school phone AND have a tab for the house.

Look at Swappa (dot com) for any Alcatel Idol 3 5.5" or Asus Zenfone 2, they both be around that amount and are great budget phones with flagship specs.

I think the SGS4 is in the 150 range
