took same pictures on the auto on the new LG V20 and Apple iPhone 7plus and guess which one won? Now if I am missing the light sensor, someone please let me know. Right now i'm a little disappointed, the camera is what I wanted, that and to get away from Apple with something comparable. Is there anyone who can let me know if I'm missing something?

There is an ambient light sensor on the front that's used for things like auto screen brightness. I kinda doubt it's utilized for the cameras, though. Chances are it judges the scene through the image sensor itself, kind of like the two sensor based focusing modes.
