Is there a major difference

During my research on the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition, I noticed is seems to come in three flavors:
SM-P600
SM-P6000
SM-P6000KVXAR

Is there a significant or even minor differences between all these models? Is one better than the others?

SM-P600 is the wireless version. It is largely sold in the United States which are black and white versions sold with either 16 gig or 32 gig of storage.

Well that explains why the one I ordered is listed as SM-P600, since mine is the wifi version. Thanks.
