Android Central Question

I have MP3 that I don't necessarily want to play all the time. I have MP3 that are stories and I don't want to hear them when I'm listening to music. But my music app just plays all the MP3 is it finds on the storage card. Does anyone have a solution to this? I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. The phones a couple of years old.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you customarily selecting the Play All feature, or Shuffle feature? Have you considered creating playlists of the music you want to hear? If you want to eliminate the podcasts/audiobooks, you could always create a playlist of all of your music, then remove the ones you don't want.

> download mxplayer from google play.

set as mp3/music player
add mp3 to file extension.

work around the apps first.

it will shows each and every corner of your file in your phone memory as well as memory card
