Is there a native whatsapp app for Pebble?

Hi -
I was thinking of getting a basic Pebble model but is there a native whatsapp app?
Also, is it possible to receive and respond to whatsapp messages directly from the watch?

Hi! There is native ability to see your notifications from any notifying app. Then as long as the notification hasn't been cleared on your phone you always have the ability to reply.

That functionality is good enough for me. If you want constant ability to reply or send fresh messages you can use other apps. I don't like using these apps though because they need a companion app on the phone which can drain the watch battery a bit quicker.

Currently using LG G4 and Pebble Time

The beauty of Pebble is that you don't need an app to reply to almost anything that comes in as a notification. I did find this app though.

Edit: I have the Pebble Time. Sorry but I'm not sure if that affects the answer.
